He has been at the school a number of times. Every time a service request has been made, Daryl came to the school within 24 hours. The document camera training began with a video type conference and spoke mainly about the software that accompanies the camera and how it works. When Val realized what software we had and that most of us were still relatively new to Smart, he very quickly adapted to information that was far more user friendly for us. He was very patient with our lack of vocabulary and knowledge and didn’t once get frustrated when I asked him to start from scratch so I could see all the steps. He let us play with the pens and showed us things and education sites that pertained to our own subjects. Val was so flexible and adaptable - he was great and not too techy. It was awesome.
